What photo should I upload?
A clear, well-lit photo of one pet where the face is visible. Phone photos are perfect. Avoid blurry, dark or filtered photos.
How is it made?
Our AI turns your photo into the style you pick. If anything looks off, we redo it free.
How long does it take?
Digital portraits are emailed within 24 hours. Printed copies are made and posted in the UK and usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days.
What if it doesn't look like my pet?
Reply to your delivery email within 7 days and we'll redo it free.
Can you do more than one pet?
Yes, up to 4 pets in one portrait. Your first pet is included and each extra pet is +£2.99. Choose the number of pets and upload one photo for each.
Which pets can you do?
Any pet: dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds, snakes, lizards, tortoises, horses and more. We keep your pet's own species, markings and colours, and fit the costume to its shape.
What do you do with my photo?
We use it only to make your portrait, and it's deleted automatically within 90 days. If you order a print, the finished artwork is shared with our UK print partner. We'll never use your pet in our adverts without asking.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not yet, only to UK addresses.
