One where the face is clear, in daylight, looking roughly at the camera. Blurry, dark or heavily filtered photos make it harder to get a good likeness.
How long does it take?

Digital portraits arrive by email within 24 hours. Prints are made in the UK and arrive 3–5 working days after you order, or usually 2–3 working days with Express at checkout. Before Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mothering Sunday, Father's Day and Halloween, the homepage and product pages show the date to order by if you want your print before the day.
