What photo works best?

One where the face is clear, in daylight, looking roughly at the camera. Blurry, dark or heavily filtered photos make it harder to get a good likeness.
How long does it take?

Digital portraits arrive by email within 24 hours. Prints are made in the UK and arrive 3–5 working days after you order, or usually 2–3 working days with Express at checkout. Before Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mothering Sunday, Father's Day and Halloween, the homepage and product pages show the date to order by if you want your print before the day.
How is it made?

Our AI turns your photo into the style you pick. If anything looks off, we redo it free.
Can I give it as a gift?

Yes. Choose the digital file to forward by email or print at home, or order a print made and posted in the UK.
What if it doesn't look like my pet?

Love it or we'll redo it free: reply to your delivery email within 7 days. Still not happy with a digital portrait after the redo? Full refund. Prints get a free reprint if they arrive damaged or faulty.
